Another Surprise
After our engagement at the Cedars, we went to the Tarman's house where Hilary, Jovanni, Jess and SUSANNA met us! I couldn't believe David arranged for Susanna to be at the house upon our arrival--- I had just gotten off the phone with her, telling her the news and as we walked inside the Tarman's house, there she was with the rest of my friends! To have Susanna there was very encouraging and stabilizing. I've only been in DC for 2 years and she has been apart of my life for the past eleven years which somehow brought a sense of reality and security. didn't feel so far from home and away from family.

The day after our engagement, David planned a brunch with my girlfriends. To have them with me the next day was a true gift. David was very thoughtful to put together such a memorable, celebratory and fun time.
